What is it like to be hypnotized?

Hypnosis is in between being wide-awake and asleep.  You are aware of everything being said yet you are relaxed at the same time.  Did you ever wake up in the morning before your alarm clock rings?  You could get up if you had to, and yet you are feeling so mellow, so comfortable that you just want to enjoy relaxing for a while.  We pass through that level upon awakening and then again at night before we go to sleep.  It has been said that 15 minutes of hypnosis is equivalent to a 3 hour nap.  After the hypnosis you will feel refreshed and comfortable.

How do I know if I can be hypnotized?

Almost everyone can be hypnotized if they choose to.  There are only four groups of people who cannot be hypnotized.

  2. If you are under the influence of alcohol
  3. People who are severally mentally challenged
  4. Those who don’t want to be
